Since I've been missing Julie so much, and since we're getting close to the big day, I decided to make a count-down chain so that I can effectively keep track of how many days are remaining! My roommate Ken called me a dork, but I think it turned out well and it kept me busy ;) What it boils down to is the fact that I'm so excited I can barely stand it! Only 36 more days left!!! - PAT

Julie and I drove from El Paso, Texas, to Yuma, Arizona, to see my brother David's new son, David James Scarborough, II, who was born on April 6. He's a cute little guy...he's also already a true, blue cougar (notice the BYU Cougar Kitten on his blanket in the picture where I am holding him)! He's a great baby. He likes to be included in the conversation...after all, he's the reason that everyone is visiting! Congrats to Dave and Maria! - PAT
The past few weeks have been extremely busy for me, and I've been staying up pretty late. As a result, most of the papers that I grade end up getting done late in the evening. Here I am "grading" papers for one of my sections...most of these grading sessions end with some pretty arbitrary grades assigned! Maybe Julie can lend a hand when she gets back ;) Only one more week to go! - PAT
Several weeks ago a friend of mine provided me with a computer program that enables me to call Julie in Mexico for only 0.03 Euros a minute. It was an amazing gift, and I've been bothering her ever since! Here I am talking to her today (March 12). Fortunately, she will be back in only 26 days and then we can watch my productivity hit an all time low as I spend every waking moment with her! - PAT
